Buffalo at Yellowstone National Park

When you drive into Yellowstone National Park, the ranger hands you this flyer which reads: WARNING MANY VISITORS HAVE BEEN GORED BY BUFFALO. Buffalo can weigh 2000 pounds and sprint at 30 miles per hour three times faster than you can run. These animals may appear tame but are wild, unpredictable, and dangerous.

DO NOT APPROACH BUFFALO

While I was there, I witnessed a buffalo running across a field at about 20 miles an hour. I also watched them jump over streams; it was impressive.
